These Terms of Service, together with any policies, disclosures, notices, package descriptions, checkout terms, portal rules, and other materials expressly incorporated herein by reference, constitute a binding agreement between you and Eternal Zion LLC (“Eternal Zion,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the website located at iameternalzion.info, any associated subdomains, client portals, dashboards, forms, digital communications, downloads, support tools, and related services we make available (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing, browsing, registering for, purchasing from, communicating through, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and the words “you” and “your” shall include both you individually and such person or entity.

The Platform is intended for adults seeking access to Eternal Zion’s document-preparation workflow, educational resources, portal-based communications, support systems, package management, intake systems, uploads, proofing, and related administrative services associated with the packages offered on the Platform.
The Platform is not intended for use by minors, and you may not use the Platform if you are under eighteen (18) years of age or otherwise lack legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
The Platform is designed for users who seek:
- educational resources;
- administrative workflow support;
- document-preparation support;
- secure portal access;
- support communication tied to their file;
- and access to package-specific materials and releases.
Scope of Services
Eternal Zion provides a digital platform through which users may, depending on the package selected and the stage of service:
- create an account;
- complete intake forms;
- submit identifying and supporting information;
- upload records and supporting documents;
- receive proofing packets for review;
- receive portal-based status updates;
- submit and receive support communications;
- access educational downloads and guidance materials;
- and, where applicable, participate in a structured administrative workflow tied to the selected package.
Eternal Zion’s services are limited to the scope expressly described on the Platform, in your order summary, in your package description, and in any written communications that we issue as part of the service workflow. No service shall be deemed included unless expressly stated.
Eternal Zion may offer, among other things, a self-file documentation package and a higher-touch full-service package. The exact workflow, support intensity, release timing, and administrative handling may differ materially between packages.
Educational-Only Nature of Services
The Platform, all portal materials, package materials, document-preparation workflows, educational downloads, support communications, guides, notices, explanations, and all other information made available by Eternal Zion are provided for educational, informational, administrative, and document-preparation support purposes only.
Eternal Zion does not offer the Platform as a law firm, public accounting firm, registered investment adviser, fiduciary advisory practice, or licensed tax-preparation service. No part of the Platform shall be construed as the practice of law, the giving of legal advice, the rendering of tax advice, the rendering of investment advice, or the establishment of any attorney-client, accountant-client, tax preparer-client, financial adviser-client, fiduciary-client, or similar licensed professional relationship.
No Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice
All content and services provided through the Platform are offered on an educational and administrative basis only. Nothing on the Platform, in any communication from Eternal Zion, or in any package material shall be construed as:
- legal advice;
- tax advice;
- financial advice;
- investment advice;
- regulatory advice;
- benefits advice;
- compliance advice;
- litigation advice;
- or a guarantee of any legal, administrative, financial, tax, or personal outcome.
You are solely responsible for consulting your own licensed attorney, accountant, tax professional, financial professional, benefits specialist, or other qualified licensed professional before taking action based on any material made available through the Platform.
No Guarantee of Results
Eternal Zion does not guarantee any specific result, legal status, governmental response, filing outcome, administrative outcome, court outcome, creditor response, tax treatment, benefits treatment, mailing result, regulatory recognition, or personal or financial result from use of the Platform or purchase of any package.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- outcomes may depend on facts outside Eternal Zion’s control;
- governmental agencies, financial institutions, counterparties, recipients, notaries, carriers, and other third parties may act independently of any expectation you hold;
- timing, acceptance, delivery, processing, and response may vary;
- and any educational discussion of administrative or trust-related theories, structures, or workflows does not constitute a warranty that any desired result will occur.
Client Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- providing truthful, accurate, current, and complete information;
- ensuring that the information you submit matches your records to the best of your knowledge;
- reviewing your proofing materials carefully before approval;
- ensuring that names, addresses, beneficiary information, trustee information, dates, certificate numbers, and other file information are accurate;
- uploading clear, legible, correct, and complete supporting records;
- maintaining secure access to your account;
- monitoring your portal and email for notices, updates, and requests;
- responding promptly to support, billing, proofing, or signature requests;
- consulting licensed professionals where needed;
- and ensuring that your own use of any released material complies with applicable law.
Eternal Zion shall be entitled to rely on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide, subject to any edits or formatting adjustments we may make for workflow compatibility.
Account Registration and Portal Use
To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep such information current.
You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account, whether or not authorized by you, except to the extent caused solely by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You must not:
- share login credentials improperly;
- impersonate another person;
- create an account using false information;
- access another user’s account without authorization;
- use the Platform in violation of law;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Platform;
- attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, exploit, or disrupt the Platform;
- upload malicious code, harmful files, or unlawful content;
- or use the Platform for fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, or abusive purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe presents a security, fraud, compliance, or operational risk.
Package Access, Payment, and Service Activation
Package access, portal access, and service progression may depend on payment status, package selection, account verification, and completion of required onboarding steps.
Where applicable:
- access may remain restricted until payment is confirmed;
- portal features may remain locked until account verification is complete;
- workflow stages may be opened only after prior stages are satisfied;
- and certain service stages may be withheld, delayed, paused, or limited if billing obligations remain unresolved.
If you pay outside the Platform, Eternal Zion may require manual confirmation before activating the relevant package or unlocking access.
If a payment plan is offered, Eternal Zion may restrict or pause further workflow progression until overdue balances are cured. No final completion, final release, or equivalent milestone shall be deemed owed before all required payment obligations have been satisfied, unless Eternal Zion expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Full-Service Clients; Separate Limited Power of Attorney Requirement
For any package in which Eternal Zion is expected to undertake filing-related, submission-related, mailing-related, signing-facilitation-related, or other authorized administrative acts on your behalf, Eternal Zion may require, as a condition precedent to performance, that you execute a separate limited or special power of attorney in form and substance acceptable to Eternal Zion.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- mere acceptance of these Terms does not, by itself, constitute a legally sufficient power of attorney for all purposes;
- Eternal Zion may require a separate written instrument, signature formalities, identity verification, witness requirements, notarization requirements, or other supporting documentation before acting on your behalf;
- the power granted, if any, shall be limited strictly to the scope set forth in the separate power-of-attorney instrument and shall not be construed more broadly;
- Eternal Zion may decline to undertake any filing or submission activity until the required power-of-attorney documentation has been properly executed and accepted by Eternal Zion;
- you represent that you are either the principal on whose behalf services are being performed or are otherwise lawfully authorized to engage Eternal Zion and provide any required authorization documentation;
- any revocation, limitation, defect, dispute, or failure of authorization may result in suspension, limitation, or termination of services.
Eternal Zion reserves the right to reject, require amendment to, or decline reliance upon any power-of-attorney instrument that Eternal Zion reasonably determines is incomplete, defective, unclear, inconsistent with the requested services, or inadequate for the contemplated administrative acts.
Proofing, Approvals, and Client Review
If proofing is part of your package or workflow, you are responsible for reviewing the proofing materials made available to you and confirming their accuracy before the file proceeds.
Proofing approval by you, whether by portal confirmation, written communication, or other recorded acknowledgement, constitutes your representation that, to the best of your knowledge at that time, the information appearing in the reviewed materials is acceptable for the file to proceed.
Eternal Zion shall not be responsible for errors that were visible in proofing materials and not reported before approval, except to the extent caused solely by our subsequent unauthorized alteration of the approved materials.
Uploads and Submitted Materials
You retain responsibility for the legality, authenticity, accuracy, and propriety of all documents, images, signatures, forms, and data you submit through the Platform.
You represent and warrant that:
- you have the right to submit all materials you upload;
- such materials do not violate the rights of others;
- and such materials are not knowingly false, forged, misleading, or unlawfully obtained.
We may review, reject, flag, or request replacement of uploads that appear incomplete, incorrect, inconsistent, illegible, potentially fraudulent, or otherwise unsuitable for workflow purposes.
Communications; Email; Portal Notices; Support
By creating an account, purchasing a package, submitting a support request, or otherwise engaging the Platform, you consent to receive operational communications from Eternal Zion, including by email, portal notification, support response, workflow notice, billing reminder, status update, and other non-marketing communications reasonably necessary to operate your file, your account, or the Platform.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid email address and monitoring your account for notices. Eternal Zion shall not be responsible for delays caused by your failure to monitor communications, maintain updated contact details, or respond to requests in a timely manner.
Support is provided subject to workload, package type, workflow status, and the operational scope of the issue presented. Eternal Zion does not guarantee immediate support response times unless expressly stated in writing.
Intellectual Property; Limited License

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You acknowledge that operation of the Platform requires collection, storage, use, and management of certain account, intake, upload, support, and communication data in accordance with that Privacy Policy.

Eternal Zion may suspend, restrict, pause, or terminate your access to the Platform or any part of the services, with or without notice where reasonably necessary, if:
- you breach these Terms;
- you fail to pay required amounts;
- required authorization is not provided;
- you submit false or defective materials;
- security concerns arise;
- fraud or abuse is suspected;
- a legal or operational risk is identified;
- or continued service is no longer reasonably practicable.
You may request termination of services, but termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund, reversal, or release from accrued obligations unless expressly provided in a separate written policy or written approval by Eternal Zion.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eternal Zion, its owners, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, service providers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or speculative damages, including loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of expected outcome, delay damages, reputational harm, or third-party claims arising out of or related to the Platform, the services, any materials provided, any communications, any package, or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eternal Zion’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Platform or the services shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to Eternal Zion for the specific package giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Eternal Zion, its owners, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, service providers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
- your use of the Platform;
- your breach of these Terms;
- your submitted information or uploaded materials;
- your violation of law;
- your misuse of package materials;
- your lack of authority to act for another person;
- or your negligence, misconduct, fraud, or misrepresentation.
Disclaimers of Warranties
The Platform and all services, content, workflows, communications, educational materials, and package materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except to the extent such warranties cannot be disclaimed by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eternal Zion disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, and freedom from errors, viruses, or harmful components.
Governing Law; Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to the Platform or the services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute that is not otherwise resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts, except to the extent another forum is required by non-waivable law.
Changes to Terms and Services
Eternal Zion reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Terms, the Platform, the package structure, the workflow structure, the portal features, the support model, the educational materials, the policies, and the service descriptions at any time.
Updated Terms shall become effective upon posting to the Platform or upon such later effective date as may be stated in the updated version. Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eternal Zion may also change, suspend, discontinue, or replace any part of the Platform or services, temporarily or permanently, without liability, subject to any non-waivable obligations imposed by law.
Entire Agreement; Severability; No Waiver; Assignment
These Terms, together with any policies and documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eternal Zion concerning the Platform and supersede prior or contemporaneous communications concerning the same subject matter.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
No waiver by Eternal Zion of any provision or breach shall be deemed a waiver of any other provision or breach.
